Yoga Foundations
A welcoming, inclusive beginner series for those brand new to yoga or returning to the mat after time away. In a supportive, non-competitive space, we explore yoga traditions from the ground up — focusing on foundational postures, stable alignment, and the mindful use of props. Each session builds progressively to help you adapt the practice to your unique body while using the breath to calm the mind. Come exactly as you are — no prior experience or flexibility required.

Hatha
Traditional, slow-paced yoga that builds strength and alignment. Classes are matched to various levels and flow offering modifications for all levels.
Open level flow
Vinyasa
A faster pace class for all levels. Flowing, energizing movement linked with breath.

Yin
Slow, grounding practice for deep release and stillness.
Stretch & Restore, Mid-Day Yoga Break

Sound Bath
Unwind, release, and restore with this deeply meditative, inclusive offering. Comfortably supported by props, you lie back and relax as the studio fills with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. These sacred frequencies work harmoniously to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and facilitate a state of deep, inner peace. No prior experience required — simply come as you are and open yourself to the healing power of sound.
