Beginner series · All welcome

Yoga Foundations

A welcoming, inclusive beginner series for those brand new to yoga or returning to the mat after time away. In a supportive, non-competitive space, we explore yoga traditions from the ground up — focusing on foundational postures, stable alignment, and the mindful use of props. Each session builds progressively to help you adapt the practice to your unique body while using the breath to calm the mind. Come exactly as you are — no prior experience or flexibility required.

Gentle Yoga, Gentle Hatha, Hatha Flow, Advanced Hatha

Hatha

Traditional, slow-paced yoga that builds strength and alignment. Classes are matched to various levels and flow offering modifications for all levels.

Open level flow

Vinyasa

A faster pace class for all levels. Flowing, energizing movement linked with breath.

Yin & Tea, Yin & Meditation

Yin

Slow, grounding practice for deep release and stillness.

Stretch & Restore, Mid-Day Yoga Break

Restorative

Gentle, supported poses to calm the mind and relax the body. Stretching and lengthening the muscles in longer held poses.

Energy-focused practice with breath, repetitive movements, mantras or chants, and mudras.

Supports alignment, traction, and accessibility, helping you build stronger posture, longer spinal length, and safer transitions.

Sound Bath

Unwind, release, and restore with this deeply meditative, inclusive offering. Comfortably supported by props, you lie back and relax as the studio fills with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. These sacred frequencies work harmoniously to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and facilitate a state of deep, inner peace. No prior experience required — simply come as you are and open yourself to the healing power of sound.

Pranayama & Meditation

Led with gentle guidance, you will learn accessible breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, followed by a supported, quiet meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, this class provides a warm, non-competitive space to cultivate deep presence, clarity, and lasting peace.

Dynamic flow + deep stillness

Yin/Yang

Experience the best of both worlds in one seamless practice. We begin with a dynamic, heat-building Yang flow to awaken your muscles, release tension, and build strength. As the body warms, we transition into deep, quiet Yin holds designed to target tight connective tissues and quiet the mind.
