Blue Anjou Yoga and Meditation Center in North Texas promotes a supportive and non-competitive atmosphere designed to nurture each unique individual. Our tranquil yoga studio is perfectly placed in the charming town of Lewisville, Texas where we share a variety of yoga offerings for all; whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner. Blue Anjou is also a Yoga Alliance Registered School offering 200HR and 300HR Yoga Teacher Training Certifications. The studio also features a yoga rope wall which brings balanced alignment to breath guided yoga postures with an emphasis on anatomy to keep you safely practicing for years to come.
