  • Tell us, when did your mind-body first bend or move you to it's will? Not sure it ever did really. As a runner and basketball wanna-be I really dig the theraputic qualities of yoga. Some of our instructors will cringe at this, but I still think Rodney Yee's Power Yoga series is one of the best, quick lessons.
  • Besides your obvious coolness, what makes you so qualified to teach? Only my obvious coolness qualfies me. If I ever am forced to teach anything, the coolness eminating from my bodice will instruct you ... I may - in the meantime - be sitting outside listening to my iPod.
  • What other things are you qualified to do? Oh boy. You really want this list? Have you brewed a fresh pot of coffee?
  • What can we expect to see, hear and do in your classes? Listening to my iPod. My coolness will do the rest and I can't be responsible for it's actions.
  • What pose/move do you dig the most and why? No question, Crow. Cause it's cool and kind of strangely relaxing at the same time.
  • If you could push a button and remove a pose/move from history, which one and why? Eagle, because it's damn near impossible for a man to do it properly. Not a fan of Savasana either. And you teachers keep making it longer and longer. I must have waited damn near 15 minutes the other day to get into the studio during De's savasana. Cut it out. Dudes can't lay still that long without falling asleep.
  • Like, what's your sign man? Pisces, but you'd never know it.
  • What are 3 things that make you smile real big and cheesy?
    • My Family
    • Dave Barry
    • Sarcasm in general
  • What is your favorite quote when you're in need of a little inspiration? Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. -- Calvin Coolidge
  • If you could do anything to change the world, what would it be? Teach everyone to use the Right side of their brain.
  • Any other interesting information you would like to share with the nice people reading this here Bio? Brew a new pot of coffee and I'll start working on this.
