Drawing from several traditions of Hatha yoga, this class begins with comfortably paced sun salutations followed by longer held postures flowing together promoting precision in alignment, increased strength, as well as flexibility. Meditation and pranayama are an important part of this holistic experience. This class is suitable and beneficial for everyone!
