Hatha Flow
Building upon our Hatha Yoga class, Hatha Flow integrates individual postures into flowing movements coordinated with the breath.   All students are encouraged to move at comfortable pace.

We recommend that students be comfortable with the basic Sun Salutation sequence for this class.  In addition, students should be familiar with basic yogic breathing techniques, such as Dirga and Ujjayi pranayama.
