Fuse Pilates
This class fuses yoga, Pilates, and light weights to build strength and flexibility. This class is taught with the mind, body, and spirit in mind.

This is a class intended for everyone, those new and seasoned alike. Tired of tread mills, lifting weights and running around in circles? Tone and strengthen those muscles and have FUN doing it with a dance class!
