Yoga Day USA Image We're offering a souped-up schedule of classes on Saturday, Jan. 26 in celebration of Yoga Day USA! Refreshments, door prizes and new friends await. All new visitors get a free week of classes, to boot!
It's a fact, yoga de-stresses, relaxes tight muscles and eases pain. It helps our bodies function better. We breathe more deeply and deliver more oxygen to our cells, we are stronger, fitter, and more flexible. For some, it even helps with weight management. There is a style of yoga to suit everyone regardless of age, body type or fitness level. You don't need to be flexible, just open to the possibilities.
